With a background as a former Instructor at Tufts University, he considers it a privilege to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of dentists. When not in the office, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, Kim, and treasures the time spent with his two daughters when they come home for a visit.

Blake Willoughby, DDS, is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal oral health and the smile of their dreams. With a focus on providing gentle and high-quality dental care, Dr. Willoughby utilizes the best techniques and modern technology available to ensure his patients receive top-notch treatment. A lifelong learner, he continuously advances his skills and knowledge through educational courses and clinical practice.

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

Dr. Willoughby earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2015. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2019. Following that, he completed a General Practice Residency at Malcom Randall V.A. Medical Center in 2020. Dr. Willoughby is also proficient in Spanish.

SPECIAL DISTINCTIONS

Dr. Willoughby has been recognized with the Student Award for Excellence in Esthetic Dentistry by the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Dr. Willoughby is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and American Academy of General Dentistry.Originally from the area, Dr. Willoughby returned to Florida after completing his education in Missouri. He enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that Florida offers, including boating, diving, biking, and sports. Dr. Calvin Kaler is an outstanding addition to the Advanced Dental Care team. He is a dedicated dental professional, with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence, and he spent his life in our Palm Beach Gardens community. Dr. Kaler graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2023. He actively contributed as a Peer Mentor and Teaching Assistant. Dr. Kaler elected to participate in the Dental Academic Research Experience Program and completed extensive oral surgery residency training before beginning his private practice career.

Dr. Kaler has a comprehensive approach to patient engagement, emergency care, TMJ treatment, and advanced restorative and surgical techniques.  He is committed to augmenting his expertise with comprehensive post-doctoral education. His dedication to professional growth and compassionate patient care underscores his mission to provide exceptional clinical dentistry, ensuring optimal oral health outcomes for all our patients.
